In addition to being an Executive Career & Leadership Coach and Brand Story Specialist, Monique Shaw’s professional background includes many years working as a Sales Coach leading value proposition sessions and preparing pitch teams to deliver authentic, high-impact and on-message presentations.

Accredited in Group Coaching & Facilitation, she can deliver in-person and virtually to small and large groups of all levels of seniority across multiple geographic locations.

Monique has extensive first-hand knowledge of the challenge of leading disparate teams with often conflicting priorities towards a shared mission and objective, as well as standing out and shaping a successful career in high-performing, high-pressure environments.
